Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hooters fashion, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
